Professional experience includes over 25 years in the international educational sector across Europe, the Far East and the United Arab Emirates.

Jeff is confident working in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders: school owners, investors, regulatory bodies, local government agencies, inspection teams, parent and student councils and school leadership teams. Varied and direct recent involvement with many aspects of school licensing, policy and regulations, assessment and evaluation, business development and the UAE federal school inspection framework.

School development consultancy expertise includes provision of support, mentoring and guidance for a large group of private school principals & headteachers in the emirate and co-founding a regional principal association to share best practice among 58 schools.

Prior to this, Jeff enjoyed 15 years of senior leadership roles (mostly in leading international schools within 4 regional associations - COBIS, BSME, NABSS and FOBISSEA) covering all aspects of academic, pastoral / student welfare and school administration work.
